Sensitive goods
For sensitive items containing essential oils, care lotions, lubricants, batteries, glue, etc., to ensure your normal delivery, we will remove these items when necessary.
Customs policy
Items containing brands, large quantities of liquids, powders, electrical goods, food, medicine, etc. may be subject to customs policies and there is a certain risk of delivery. If any consequences arise due to the above reasons, DemoBuy shall not be responsible for customs clearance or bear any related legal responsibilities.
Professional inspection is not available
For electrical appliances, brand items, tickets, cards, models and other products, we are unable to conduct professional checks (such as quality, authenticity, completeness, etc.). Quality inspectors can only check whether the appearance of the goods is intact and whether the accessories are complete, but they cannot turn on the machine to check if there are any quality problems with the goods.
Fragile items
Ceramic, glass products and irregularly shaped goods (such as wipers, car shields, etc.) may wear out or break due to multiple transfers during transportation. We guarantee the integrity of the goods before shipment. However, if they are damaged during the shipping process and are identified as fragile by the logistics company, any resulting losses will be at your own risk.
Customized products
If the order you submit is a custom-made product, it is recommended that you negotiate with the merchant and confirm the details of the product. After a successful negotiation, please provide your contact information with the merchant. We are unable to conduct professional inspections on such goods. Any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
Deposit Slip
Due to the regulations of Taobao sellers, once a deposit order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Moreover, you need to follow the information posted by the seller to make up the remaining balance before the goods can be dispatched. If the remaining balance is not paid within the prescribed time limit, the deposit will not be refunded.
Low seller reputation
It is recommended to purchase goods from stores with a high reputation (at least three hearts) and those that have paid the Taobao deposit. Stores with low credibility and no deposit paid may have problems such as sellers not shipping goods, false shipping, after-sales service, and rights protection. Any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
Collectible goods
Due to the high collection value of "CD" and "figurine" products, to avoid affecting users' collection, the inspection standard for such products is not to open the plastic bag for inspection. Only the appearance is checked for damage, and the details of the contents cannot be verified specifically. Any risks arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

4. Logistics provider delay: Delivery issues caused by operational errors or delays of logistics providers.
5. Changes in government policies: Delays or inability to deliver due to changes in the government policies of the destination country or region.
6. Impact of holidays: During holidays, logistics services may be affected, resulting in delivery delays.
