Notes on the Receipt of Goods
Before signing for the goods, first check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the seal of the box is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight.
2. Whether or not obvious damage or tear marks are found on the outer packaging, inspect the goods in front of the Courier before signing for them, make a note on the waybill, and then sign for them. If there is a problem, refuse to sign directly.
3. If the package not signed for in front of the delivery person is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and report it to the local post office within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics provider's website), and provide the invoice of the goods, physical photos and other information to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office for you.
4. The normal signature for receipt of the goods marks the end of the entire transfer process. Our company will not be held responsible for any situation that occurs with the goods after the normal signature for receipt.
Disclaimer
1. Fragile and easily damaged items, regardless of whether enhanced packaging is chosen or not, are only eligible for loss claims and not for damage claims.
2. Dangerous goods and contraband are not eligible for claims (e.g., compressed gases, liquefied gases, flammable liquids, acidic and alkaline corrosive substances, and other items prohibited by the state).
3. Losses or expenses resulting from the natural wear and tear, inherent defects, characteristics of the goods, and fluctuations in market prices are not eligible for claims.
4. All or part of the losses of the goods caused by natural disasters such as severe weather, lightning, tsunamis, earthquakes and floods during transportation are not eligible for claims.
5. Goods that have exceeded their shelf life, warranty period or delivery cycle due to force majeure factors such as weather and customs clearance time will not be eligible for compensation.
6. If due to customs reasons, your cooperation and assistance are required for relevant operations (including but not limited to paying customs duties), but you refuse to cooperate, resulting in the package not being delivered within the promised time by the forwarding service provider, any losses, responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you alone, and the forwarding logistics provider shall not bear any responsibility.
