1. User Registration and account terms

1.1 You should sign this agreement and complete the registration process in accordance with the methods, procedures and rules set by this platform. You will only become valid after completing the registration process, providing real personal information and having it accepted by this platform. The above terms shall be jointly followed by the owner and operator of this platform, [Demo Buy LTD], and you. Users also obtain membership of this platform at the same time. If you have provided personal information related to registration to this platform and accepted the services provided by this platform before the first signing of this agreement, you agree that upon your first signing of this agreement, the above terms may be jointly followed by the owner and operator of this platform, [Demo Buy LTD], and you. The personal information you have provided for registration can be directly retrieved. At that time, you can complete the registration without providing any registration information. After you complete the initial signing and registration of this agreement, this platform may require you to sign this agreement again when logging in, but you do not need to register again at that time.

1.2 When you become a valid user of this platform, this platform will provide you with a dedicated personal account. You should set and keep your account password properly by yourself. Otherwise, it may cause your property loss, and this platform will not be held responsible for this. When your account password is lost, tampered with or in any other abnormal situation, you can immediately contact this platform to report the loss of your account or take other preservation measures. However, this platform cannot guarantee the timeliness and effectiveness of such measures.

1.3 To ensure successful registration, you should provide valid identity information, which includes but is not limited to: your identification, dedicated contact number, and dedicated email address. To ensure that you can obtain the services provided by this platform in a timely manner, you should provide your own contact information during registration and guarantee its continuous validity. If the identity information or contact details you provided change, you should promptly modify the information in your account.

1.4 During the service process, this platform may from time to time send you necessary information related to the operation of this platform and your services such as purchasing on your behalf and logistics. You should truthfully fill in your legal and valid information receiving address or method when registering an account. Otherwise, it may result in your inability to enjoy the corresponding services or know the relevant information. You agree that this platform has the right to send you commercial information through the above information receiving address or method, provided that it complies with the laws and regulations of your location.

1.5 To ensure the compliant operation of this platform, you agree that this platform may verify your real identity information in response to and in compliance with the legal requirements of your location. For this purpose, we may submit such information to a third party and decide whether to accept your registration or provide you with services based on the verification results of the third party. This platform assumes no guarantee responsibility for the process or results of the aforementioned verification.

1.6 To ensure the security of your funds when trading on this platform, you need to make sure to bind your personal bank account for payment or other third-party legal payment tool accounts. When you recharge the funds in your account, you do not require the operation of this platform to pay you interest.

1.9 This platform reserves the right to monitor your account recharge behavior and take control measures against your suspicious or illegal activities. You should ensure that the source of your recharge funds is legal, and that your recharge behavior does not violate any applicable laws and regulations, nor does it harm the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your recharge behavior, freeze your recharge account, and report your behavior information to the relevant official institutions.

1.10 The points, coupons and other benefits displayed in your account can only be used by you within this platform in accordance with the relevant benefit rules. You are not allowed to request their conversion into cash or other assets, nor can you transfer them to others. Moreover, if you fail to use them in accordance with the rules, this platform reserves the right to terminate the use of the relevant benefits at any time.

1.11 If you have obtained the promoter qualification in accordance with the rules of this platform, then you can use the promoter function in your account on this platform and carry out activities related to the above terms as a promoter, which shall be jointly followed by the owner and operator of this platform [Demo Buy LTD] and you. For any related promotion and marketing activities, you should abide by the relevant rules of this platform at that time. It should be noted that if you have the qualification of a promoter through signing a cooperation contract with a third-party promotion service provider cooperating with this platform, this platform will review your cooperation contract with the promotion service provider and, in accordance with the instructions of the promotion service provider, will open, change or terminate the permissions of your account on this platform for you.

1.12 Please be informed that this platform will gradually stop accepting you as an independent promoter and directly accept the services of this platform. At that time, you should sign a cooperation contract with a third-party promotion service provider (the specific contract name is subject to the display of the promotion service provider on this platform) and enter this platform as its contracted promoter. This platform will notify you of the signing arrangements with the promotion service provider. If you do not agree to cooperate with the promotion service provider, you can refuse to sign the cooperation contract. However, you will no longer have the qualification of a promoter at that time, and this platform will not open the promoter permission in your account for you. After you reject the aforementioned cooperation contract, for the rights and interests that you have not withdrawn from the promoter's account on this platform, this platform will entrust a third-party promotion service provider to provide or pay to you. After you join this platform as a contracted promoter of the promotion service provider, this platform will regard you as the representative of the promotion service provider. The results of your actions will be borne by the promotion service provider. Any income or loss generated by your promotion, intermediary services and other activities carried out on this platform will be confirmed and settled by this platform with the promotion service provider. This platform will no longer be liable for any payment or compensation for any losses to you. Your status as a contracted promoter does not affect your rights and obligations as a user.

1.16 When you obtain an account on this platform, this platform will automatically generate your "invitation code" (or other codes, links or technical tools with similar referral functions, hereinafter collectively referred to as You can use the "Invitation Code" to invite others to register as users of this platform, thereby obtaining the qualification of a referrer and enjoying the exclusive rights of a referrer. (1) You use the services of this platform to engage in illegal or non-compliant transactions, or large suspicious transactions;

(2) You jointly carry out illegal transactions such as false transactions, fraudulent transactions, money laundering transactions, etc. with the purchasing agent service provider, commodity seller or other parties;

(3) You have infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of this platform or third parties through your account binding behavior;

(4) You have committed multiple breaches of contract during your transactions with relevant parties on this platform;

(5) You have been placed on the sanctions list of prohibited services by the relevant country;

(6) The official institution of the relevant country or region requests this platform to stop providing services to you;

(7) Other circumstances where this platform deems it necessary to close your account.

1.22 If your account is closed, it will not affect the normal transactions that were conducted before the account was closed. You still need to continue to fulfill your obligations with the relevant parties in accordance with this agreement. For the unused recharge funds in your account, you agree that the operator of this platform may first pay the amount you should have paid on this platform on your behalf and then refund the remaining amount to you.

1.23 If you are a legal person or other organization, or if you accept the information intermediary services provided by this platform, or entrust third-party service providers to provide purchasing or logistics services for purposes other than personal life consumption, you understand and agree that in such cases, you are not a consumer user and do not enjoy the rights and interests exclusively for consumers as stipulated by law.

2. Platform Information Technology Service Terms

2.1 This platform provides you with information technology and intermediary services by building an online product search and purchasing agency transaction matching service system. Its service contents include:

(1) Product information search and location services on third-party e-commerce platforms;

(2) Support you in sending your request for purchasing agency services and facilitate the conclusion of purchasing agency service orders between you and third-party purchasers (hereinafter referred to as "purchasing agency service providers").
