【 Agreement Description

I. Scope of this Agreement:

1. Main text of DemoBuy User Registration and Service Agreement: DemoBuy User Registration and Account Terms; DemoBuy Platform Information Technology Service Terms Exemption clause; Provisions on application of Law and Dispute resolution.

The above terms shall be jointly observed by the owner and operator of this platform, [Demo Buy LTD], and you.

2. Service Rules for Third-party Service Providers: Service Rules for third-party purchasing service providers Service Rules of third-party Logistics Service providers.

The above-mentioned service rules of the third-party service provider are authorized by the service provider to be released on this platform under the premise of agreeing to the terms and conditions. This platform also agrees to the relevant terms and conditions. These rules shall be jointly observed by you and the third-party service provider.

3. Other agreement terms released by this platform in a timely manner for operational needs, as well as rules set by this platform for the execution of the agreement or the provision of services, all constitute the scope of this agreement.

Ii. Signing and Effectiveness of this Agreement:

In the event of any dispute between you and this platform due to the services provided by this platform, this agreement shall apply for handling. Iii. User Qualification Requirements:

This platform only provides information technology services related to the procurement of goods on behalf of individuals outside the territory of China. You should ensure that you have full capacity for civil conduct. You should provide your personal information (subject to the scope stipulated in the "Privacy Policy") and relevant proof to this platform. Otherwise, this platform reserves the right to refuse to provide you with services or to stop providing services to you at any time. This platform does not conduct substantive reviews of the personal information you provide. You should ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the relevant information by yourself. Any operation or action you take on this platform shall be regarded by this platform as your true expression of intention, and you shall bear the corresponding responsibility for it.

4. You agree that under this agreement, the operator of this platform may, in accordance with the above terms, be jointly followed by the owner and operator of this platform [Demo Buy LTD] and you. In the event of changes due to business adjustments, the operator of this platform will jointly perform this agreement with you and provide services to you. The change of the operator of this platform will not affect your rights and interests under this agreement. The operator of this platform may also add new platform operators due to the provision of new platform services. If you use the newly added platform services, it shall be deemed that you agree to jointly perform this agreement with the new platform operator regarding the newly added platform services. In the event of a dispute, you may determine the party to perform the contract with you and the counterparty to the dispute based on the specific services you use and the specific objects of actions that affect your rights and interests.
