What is self-declaration?
The system will automatically generate declaration information based on the product information of the package, but you can make customized declarations according to your own requirements. You can edit the information such as the declared types, quantities, unit prices and total prices of the declared goods.
What is fuzzy declaration?
You only need to fill in the total declared amount by yourself. The system will automatically generate the declared information based on your declared amount and the information of the packaged goods.
Warm reminder
Unreasonable declaration may affect the customs clearance of your package. DemoBuy believes that the following situations are considered unreasonable declaration, for reference only
Situation One: Suppose you declare 3 pairs of shoes with a declared amount of $1. There is a clear mismatch between the items and the amount.
Situation Two: Suppose you have a 10KG item and the declared item is a ring. The item does not match the weight clearly.
Situation Three: Suppose the total value of your current package is approximately $200, while the total value of the goods you declare is $1,000. There is no need for the declared value to exceed the actual value.
As long as the amount you declare is reasonable, it's up to you to decide how you want to declare. For specific details, you can refer to the reference tariff threshold of various countries.
