Transfer service process

Just follow the steps below and you can enjoy our international forwarding service at DemoBuy.






Who will use our transfer service?


For customers outside the Chinese mainland: If you have purchased products on your own in the Chinese mainland and wish to have these products sent to you via international forwarding.


For customers in Chinese mainland: If you want to send items to friends and/or relatives overseas, you can send them to us for international forwarding.






Step 1: Send your goods to the DemoBuy warehouse


1. Please send the goods you wish to transfer internationally to the following DemoBuy warehouse and obtain the express logistics tracking number.

2. You can also click on "Transfer Order" on the homepage or enter the "My Orders" page and then click on the "+ Transfer Order Self-service" at the top of the page to jump to the page for creating a transfer order. On the transfer order filling page, you can view the warehouse address of DemoBuy.




Step 2: Create a forwarding order on the DemoBuy website


Please read the statement carefully before creating a transfer order. After reading, please check "I have read and accepted the above terms", and then click the "OK" button to enter the order filling page.


2. Please fill in the information of the dispatched goods on the page, including the express logistics tracking number.


3. Correctly filling in the delivery tracking number of the package can maximize the efficiency of entering the transfer order and matching product information, and reduce the processing time delay caused by the communication and confirmation between the DemoBuy team and you.


4. After you enter all the information (including the delivery tracking number), click "Submit" to generate the transfer order. You can view it in "My Orders".


Please note that a separate order (PO) needs to be created for each logistics tracking number.




Step 3: Receive your package and store it in our warehouse


Once the DemoBuy warehouse receives your product, DemoBuy will classify the product according to the order (PO) and place it under the product PI. The DemoBuy warehouse will carefully inspect the received products, take quality inspection (QC) photos, and then store them in the warehouse.


2. If there are a large number of products in a single express package and/or the volume of a single product is too large, the DemoBuy team will classify some of the products into different batches and take QC photos for each batch respectively. In this way, you will have multiple product PIs for different batches.




Step 4: Submit for international transportation


1. Visit "Me" - "My Warehouse", view the orders with the status "Stored in Warehouse", and you can click "Arrange Shipment" to ship your items. Your shipping fee and service charge will be paid accordingly.


2. Multiple orders can be packed and dispatched at one time.


3. Professional package planning maximizes the utilization of your package space and saves every penny.




Step 5: Receive the package


1. The package has been received! The pleasant shopping trip has come to an end! :) After receiving the package, please confirm in "Me" - "Package" to complete the entire process.


2. Please rate the service experience of DemoBuy shopping agents.
