delay, or customs seizure of your products during shipment due to reasons beyond the control of the DemoBuy platform. We also assume no liability for indirect or unrealized losses.

The following situations are not liable for compensation (no insurance purchased):

1. No compensation will be provided for lost mail due to force majeure such as natural disasters or customs-related reasons;

2. For items that violate prohibited or restricted mailing regulations and are confiscated by the competent authority or handled in accordance with relevant laws, no compensation will be provided;

3. If the mail is intact with no signs of tampering at the time of delivery, and there is no weight loss but the contents are missing or damaged, no compensation will be provided;

4. If the email tracking shows the package was not delivered, and the logistics provider confirms that the package was seized by customs, the logistics provider's inquiry shall prevail, and no compensation will be provided;

5. No compensation will be provided for lost or missing contents due to the client's responsibility or the nature of the items being sent;

6. If the customer fails to inquire or file a compensation claim within the specified period after mailing the mail, no compensation will be granted;

7. International mail that is detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the destination country in accordance with its domestic laws shall not be compensated.

Prohibited items

Comply with the national regulations on prohibited and restricted mailing items related to entry and exit

(1) Comply with the notice issued by the State Post Bureau, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of State Security on the "Regulations on the Management of Prohibited Postal Items."

(2) Comply with the General Administration of Customs Order No. 43 (List of Prohibited and Restricted Items for Entry and Exit of the People's Republic of China)

Prohibited items for mail delivery

1. Items prohibited from circulation or mailing by national laws and regulations;

2. Hazardous materials such as explosives, flammables, corrosives, radioactive substances, and toxic substances;

3. Counter-revolutionary newspapers, books, publications, or obscene materials;

4. Various currencies;

5. Items that endanger public health;

6. Perishable items;

7. Live animals (excluding bees, silkworms, and leeches whose packaging ensures safe transportation and handling by staff);

8. Items with improper packaging that may endanger personal safety, contaminate, or damage other mail equipment;

9. Other items that do not meet postal delivery conditions.

Postal conventions prohibit mailing

1. The nature of the item or its packaging raises suspicion of harming postal service personnel, damaging mail, or contaminating postal equipment.

2. Items with sharp edges such as metal buckles used for sealing may interfere with mail processing.

3. Firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, flammable materials, corrosive materials, radioactive elements and containers, highly toxic drugs, anesthetic drugs, biochemical products, and infectious substances.

4. Publications, propaganda materials, printed materials, and other items that endanger social security and stability or contain obscene content.

5. Various items that endanger public health.

6. Documents or items prohibited from entry or circulation by the other party.

7. In addition to the general provisions mentioned above, the relevant regulations of the customs authorities shall also be complied with.
