Unless you accept this agreement and all its terms, you will not be able to use DemoBuy's affiliate tools. 2. With the rapid evolution of the Internet, the terms listed in this agreement may not fully cover all the rights and obligations between you and us, and the existing terms may also not fully meet the future development needs. Therefore, this agreement may be revised for the purpose of expression or to adapt to changes in the implementation environment. We will publish the revised agreement on DemoBuy and notify you in an appropriate manner. If you have any objections to the revised agreement, please stop using our "Promotion Alliance" marketing tool immediately. If you continue to use the "Promotion Alliance" marketing tool, it will be regarded as your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you have any objections to the changes, you have the right to provide us with feedback before the changes take effect. If your feedback is accepted, we will make reasonable adjustments to the changes. If you still have objections to the effective changes, you should stop using our services before the effective date of the changes. The effective changes will not have any effect on you.

2. Definition

2.1 DemoBuy: In this agreement, "we" means the DemoBuy open platform that operates the website and mobile terminals (such as mobile web pages, mobile apps, mini-programs, etc.) of www.oksalebuy.com. This platform is an e-commerce transaction service platform that provides users with services such as searching, browsing, and purchasing goods on third-party e-commerce platforms as well as other technical services.

2.2 DemoBuy Promoter: In this agreement, "you" refers to an individual or group user who logs in to our website, uses DemoBuy's "Promotion Alliance" marketing tools and services, has the corresponding capabilities required to perform DemoBuy's marketing services, and has accepted this promotion Agreement and all its terms. Abbreviated as DemoBuy Promoter.

2.3 Promoted users: These refer to DemoBuy users who are guided to our website or APP through the exclusive registration QR code/registration link/corresponding link of the promoted products you share, successfully register a new account, and establish a binding relationship with you.

3. Promotion commission

3.1 Definition and Settlement of Promotion Commission:

1) Definition of promotion commission: Promotion commission is derived from the actual logistics costs paid by your promotion users for international parcels submitted on our website (excluding the amounts of discounts such as coupons, VIP discounts, platform discounts, and special offer discounts used). These bonuses will be calculated and settled based on the commission rate corresponding to your promotion level. The commission rate and settlement standards have been announced on the DemoBuy promotion Alliance page. We reserve the right to unilaterally adjust the bonus settlement standards based on the development needs of the industry and our own business, and will implement them after the announcement.

2) The process for obtaining and settling promotion commissions: When your promotion users register through the registration QR code/registration link/promotion sharing product link with your exclusive tracking parameters and submit to send international parcels, DemoBuy's bonus settlement system will automatically calculate the estimated promotion commission generated for each parcel based on the bonus settlement standard. At this time, the initial settlement status is "Waiting for settlement". When the status of the package order shows "Confirmed Receipt" or 45 days after the shipping date, if we do not find any cheating or prohibited behavior from you in this agreement, DemoBuy's bonus settlement system will complete the settlement of your promotion commission, and the final settlement status will change to "Settled". Within 60 days after the settlement is completed, you can withdraw the "withdrawable Bonus" to "My Alliance Balance", and then you can withdraw it.

3.2 You acknowledge that in the event of any of the following circumstances, we have the right not to pay you any bonuses and you will not be able to withdraw any earnings:

1) Promoting competing platforms: If the promoter promotes other cross-border purchasing platforms similar in nature to DemoBuy, it will lose the right to acquire new promotion users and promotion commissions through the promotion alliance.

2) Fraudulent behavior: Promoters use deceptive, false advertising and other means to deceive more promotion users into registering and thereby obtain higher commissions, including but not limited to: exaggerating the services or functions of the platform in promotion activities to attract more promotion users, such as providing false ultra-low discounts and false large discount coupons; Boosting orders and promotion volume; Download unofficial clients; Using illegal tools such as simulators, plugins, and cheats to scan codes, download, install, register, log in, give gifts, receive living expenses, and withdraw money; Register multiple accounts; Tampering with device data; Malicious profit-making and other acts that disrupt the order of the platform; Using plugins, add-ons, systems or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify or exert other influences on the platform, as well as other improper means as we determine;

3) Illegal acts: The promoter engages in behaviors that violate laws, regulations or platform rules during the promotion activities, including but not limited to infringement, spreading rumors, disseminating violent, pornographic, and politically inflammatory information, etc.

4) Interfering with the normal operation of the platform: Promoters attack, damage or interfere with the platform through technical or other means, conduct cyber attacks or spread viruses through platform promotion activities, etc.

5) Malicious competition: Promoters use the platform promotion alliance to engage in malicious competition, including but not limited to stealing the labor achievements of other promoters, attacking and slandering other promoters, or other acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other promoters;

6) Releasing false information: Promoters release information that violates national laws, administrative regulations, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and portrait rights.

7) Infringement of personal information: Promoters illegally obtain and disseminate users' personal information during the promotion process.

8) Violation of contract terms: Promoters must not violate any terms in the promotion alliance agreement, including but not limited to promotion rules, bonus collection processes, etc.

4. Our Rights and obligations

4.1 We guarantee that we and our affiliated companies are the legal operators of DemoBuy.

4.2 We guarantee to provide you with true and reliable promotion data.

4.3 We guarantee to confirm, settle and pay the bonus expenses on time in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

4.4 In the absence of force majeure, we guarantee to ensure the confidentiality of the relevant personal information you provide.

4.5 According to business needs, we reserve the right to adjust, change or terminate the promotion alliance activities and will notify you in a timely manner.

4.6 We reserve the right to review and supervise your promotional activities to ensure their legality and standardization. In cases of suspected violations, we will, based on our independent judgment of the actual situation (the nature and severity of the violation, etc.), decide to suspend your use of the promotion alliance function or prohibit you from withdrawing any profits.

4.7. We reserve the right to interpret the meaning of the terms of this agreement and to interpret and supplement them when necessary.

4.8 We have the right to collect and use data related to the DemoBuy platform (including but not limited to sales volume, amount, category, etc.). You agree that the data obtained from the DemoBuy platform will only be used for the reasonable purposes of fulfilling this agreement and shall not be abused or used by a third party without our confirmation and authorization.

4.9 You understand and agree that, based on service risks, operational management requirements, or other good-faith reasons and events (including but not limited to force majeure, optimization, upgrade, maintenance of products or services, equipment inspection and repair, etc.), we may suspend or terminate all or part of the functions of the information technology services of this cooperation in advance. In this case, we will make the public announcement as early as possible. Our public notice is regarded as a valid notice, and we shall not be held responsible for it.

5. Your Rights and obligations

5.1 You agree to promote on the websites or promotion channels that you own or have the legal right to operate or act as an agent, in accordance with the promotion methods confirmed by us. This includes but is not limited to promoting through the promotion links provided by us under this agreement. You are obligated to ensure the authenticity, accuracy and compliance of the promotional content, and at the same time, it does not infringe upon our or any third party's legitimate rights and interests. If the information you post violates relevant laws and regulations or infringes upon our or any third party's legitimate rights and interests, we reserve the right to restrict your promotion and income rights. Any disputes, conflicts, lawsuits, arbitrations, penalties or compensations arising therefrom shall be handled by you alone and you shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities, which have nothing to do with us.

5.2 You are obligated to abide by our promotion policies and regulations and must not engage in false advertising, misleading behavior or any other violations. You must not in any way use your relationship with us or our affiliated companies to release false or misleading information to any third party, or allow such information to exist in your promotional media. If you violate this agreement, we have the right to restrict your promotion and income rights and require you to correct it within the prescribed time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement immediately, disqualify you as a DemoBuy promoter, and require you to pay all the bonuses you have received and the earnings you have withdrawn as a penalty for breach of contract. At the same time, if any loss is caused to us or our affiliated companies as a result, we have the right to demand that you bear full liability for compensation.

5.3 You are obligated to provide the necessary reports, data and information as required by us to evaluate the promotion effect.

5.4 You are obligated to protect our trade secrets and intellectual property rights, and must not disclose, misappropriate or abuse the relevant information.

5.5 You have the right to obtain and use the promotional tools we provide to better carry out promotional activities.

5.6 Based on your promotion results, you are entitled to the rewards and commissions you receive.

5.7 You have the right to provide us with feedback and suggestions to optimize our cooperation methods and promotion strategies.

5.8 You are not allowed to conduct any form of promotion for cross-border purchasing platforms similar to DemoBuy's business. Otherwise, DemoBuy reserves the right to disable your promoter function. During the period when the promoter function is prohibited:

All functions related to the promotion alliance will not be available

2) It is impossible to acquire new promotion users by relying on promotion links or QR codes

3) It is impossible to continue earning commissions

5.9 You must not directly or indirectly offer any material or spiritual improper benefits to our or our affiliated company's employees or their interested parties, including but not limited to cash, physical goods, cash equivalents, services, tourism, etc. If you have a conflict of interest with us but fail to notify us in advance, it can be regarded as your act of commercial bribery. In addition, you are not allowed to use content cooperation information technology services to engage in money laundering, pyramid schemes or any other illegal activities. Otherwise, we may immediately terminate all cooperation with you and charge you a penalty and/or compensation. The amount of such compensation shall be calculated based on the economic and goodwill losses we have suffered due to your illegal activities. We have the right to deduct it from your pre-recharge amount. If the pre-recharge amount is insufficient, our company has the right to claim compensation from you. We also have the right to report to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the law and cooperate with their investigations.

5.10 The following contents must not be included in your own or cooperative promotional media and promotional content. Otherwise, we reserve the right to remove such contents

1) Promoting pornography, violence, gambling, and discrimination based on race, gender, religious belief, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

2) Promoting any illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, harassing or other behavior that is likely to cause aversion;

3) Suspected of pyramid schemes, financial fraud or involved in major public opinion incidents;

4) The domain name is similar to the DemoBuy platform, including but not limited to similarity, variation, misspelling, etc.

5) Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, public image or privacy of any third party (including our affiliated companies);

6) Content involving fraud, false advertising and other misleading content for consumers;

7) Other contents that violate laws, regulations, international treaties or public order and good morals.

5.11 You should ensure that the goods provided in the promotional links published through the promotional media are clearly distinguished from any goods and/or services that are the same as or substantially similar to those provided by any third party to avoid confusion or misleading users. You are not allowed to affect or interfere with the normal operation of the DemoBuy platform in any way.

5.12 Unless you have obtained our prior written permission, during the cooperation period, you may not cooperate with sub-promoters in the name of the DemoBuy platform, for example, by charging fees or in the form of cash, vouchers, points, etc. If such a situation is discovered, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement immediately and disqualify you as a promoter of DemoBuy. In addition, we reserve the right to deduct all unpaid bonuses and use them as a penalty for breach of contract that you should pay.

5.13 You are not allowed to conduct any illegal promotional activities within the platform. For instance, you are not allowed to purchase user reviews or other in-site resources within the DemoBuy platform, or to incite users to help you promote in the comments. This includes direct or indirect promotion methods, such as Posting websites, channels, products, etc. with your promotion links in the comments, or product QR codes with your information. Or, in an indirect way, post some Discord/Telegram groups, TikTok accounts, YouTube accounts, Weibo accounts, official accounts, website addresses, etc. that are mainly promoted by you.

You are also not allowed to post information about low-priced products in any resources on the DemoBuy platform. The purpose is to attract platform users to purchase products by joining Discord/Telegram groups or other communities, or to post low-priced products to attract users to purchase, and then ship the goods to the buyers through a purchasing agent. This kind of behavior will disrupt the normal market order and infringe upon users' rights and interests.

5.14 When you carry out promotional activities, you must strictly abide by all applicable laws and regulations, which cover all aspects such as protecting user information, personal information and privacy rights, as well as ensuring the safe operation of the network. You are not allowed to collect personal information from users without authorization in the name of the DemoBuy platform, nor can you maliciously crawl users' personal information.
