DEMOBU International Package Shipping Agreement

Due to the unique nature of international shipping, you must comply with the international parcel mailing regulations. Please carefully read and accept the following terms and conditions.

Parcel Delivery Compensation Standards:

If your product is lost, shorted, damaged, delayed, or held by customs due to reasons beyond the control of the DemoBuy platform during the shipping process, the DemoBuy platform shall not be liable for compensation. We also assume no liability for indirect or unrealized losses.

The following situations are not liable for compensation (no insurance purchased):

1. No compensation will be provided for lost mail caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or customs-related reasons;

2. For items that violate prohibited or restricted mailing regulations, compensation will not be provided if they are confiscated by the competent authority or handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations;

3. If the mail is delivered with intact packaging showing no signs of tampering, and there is no weight reduction but the contents are missing or damaged, no compensation will be provided;

4. If the email tracking shows undelivered status and the logistics provider confirms that the package was seized by customs, the logistics provider's inquiry shall prevail, and no compensation will be provided;

5. No compensation will be provided for lost or missing items due to the customer's responsibility or the nature of the items themselves;

6. If a customer fails to inquire or file a claim for compensation within the specified inquiry period after mailing the item, no compensation will be provided;

7. International mail that is detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the destination country in accordance with its domestic laws shall not be compensated.

Prohibited items

Comply with national regulations on inbound and outbound mail, including items prohibited or restricted by the state

(1) Comply with the Notice on the "Regulations on the Management of Prohibited Mail Items" issued by the State Post Administration, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of State Security

(2) Comply with the provisions of Customs General Administration Order No. 43 (List of Prohibited and Restricted Articles for Entry and Exit of the People's Republic of China)

Prohibited items for mail delivery

1. Items prohibited from circulation or mailing by national laws and regulations;

2. Hazardous materials such as explosives, flammables, corrosives, radioactive substances, and toxic substances;

3. Counterrevolutionary newspapers, books, publications, or obscene materials;

4. Various currencies;

5. Items that endanger public health;

6. Perishable items;

7. Live animals (excluding bees, silkworms, and leeches, provided the packaging ensures safe delivery and protects the staff);

8. Items that are improperly packaged and may endanger personal safety, contaminate, or damage other mail equipment;

9. Other items unsuitable for postal delivery.

Postal regulations prohibit the mailing of

1. The nature of the item or its packaging raises suspicion of causing harm to postal service personnel, damaging mail, or compromising postal equipment.

2. Items with sharp edges such as metal clasps used for sealing, which may interfere with mail handling.

3. Various types of firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, flammable materials, corrosive materials, radioactive elements and containers, potent poisons, anesthetic drugs, biochemical products, and infectious materials.

4. Publications, propaganda materials, printed materials, etc., that endanger social security and stability or contain obscene content.

5. Various items that endanger public health.

6. Documents or items prohibited from entry or circulation by the opposing party.

7. In addition to the general provisions mentioned above, the relevant regulations of the customs authorities shall also be complied with.
