In order to maintain a good order and user experience on the DemoBuy platform, we have formulated the following penalty rules regarding user violations. Please read carefully and abide by the relevant regulations when using the platform.
Definition of violations
Violations include but are not limited to the following types:
1.1 Purchase infringing goods
Definition: Including but not limited to infringement acts such as unauthorized branding and pirated goods.
Handling: If it is found that a user has purchased infringing goods, the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to deleting the infringing goods and refunding the order amount to the user's account balance. For users who violate the rules for the first time, the platform will issue a warning. If a user continues such behavior after multiple warnings, the platform will take more severe penalty measures, including restricting functions, freezing or banning the account.
1.2 False Transactions
Definition: This includes but is not limited to using cheats, data intrusion and other means to boost orders, earn commissions, as well as false evaluations and other behaviors.
Handling: If a user is found to have engaged in false transactions, the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to deleting the false transaction records, canceling relevant orders, and deducting false commissions, etc. For users who violate the rules for the first time, the platform will issue a warning. If a user continues such behavior after multiple warnings, the platform will take more severe penalty measures, including restricting functions, freezing or banning the account.
1.3 Fraudulent Behavior
Definition: Including but not limited to profiting from platform vulnerabilities and deceiving other users, etc.
Handling: If a user is found to have engaged in fraudulent behavior, the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to canceling relevant transactions and freezing the account balance. In serious cases, the platform will permanently ban the user's account and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
1.4 Abuse of platform resources
Definition: Including but not limited to maliciously registering multiple accounts, abusing coupons and other behaviors.
Handling: If it is found that a user is abusing platform resources, the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to cancelling relevant offers and restricting account functions. For users who violate the rules for the first time, the platform will issue a warning. If a user continues such behavior after multiple warnings, the platform will take more severe penalty measures, including account freezing or suspension.
1.5 Violation of platform policies
Definition: Including but not limited to behaviors that violate payment policies, delivery policies, and other platform regulations.
Handling: If a user is found to have violated the platform's policies, the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to canceling relevant transactions and restricting account functions. For users who violate the rules for the first time, the platform will issue a warning. If a user continues such behavior after multiple warnings, the platform will take more severe penalty measures, including account freezing or suspension.
2. Penalty measures
For any violation of the above regulations, DemoBuy will take the following penalty measures:
2.1 Warnings
For first-time violations with relatively minor circumstances, the platform will issue a warning to the user and require them to correct the behavior immediately.
2.2 Limiting Functions
For more serious violations, the platform will restrict certain functions of users, including but not limited to prohibiting the Posting of products and the purchase of products.
2.3 Account Freeze
For repeated violations or serious circumstances, the platform will freeze the user's account. During the freezing period, the user will not be able to perform any operations.
2.4 Account Suspension
For malicious or repeated violations, the platform will permanently ban the user's account and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
3. Processing procedure
Discovery of violations: The platform detects violations through system monitoring, user reports, and other means.
Review of violations: The platform will review the violations to confirm the facts of the violations.
Notify users: The platform will notify users of the facts of violations and penalty measures through in-site messages, emails, and other means.
User Appeal: If a user has any objection to the penalty result, they can submit an appeal to the platform within 7 working days after receiving the notice. The platform will review the appeal.
4. Appeal Process
Users can submit an appeal by contacting customer service and need to provide relevant evidence and explanations.
The platform will review the appeal within 7 working days after receiving it and notify the user of the result.
The review result is the final decision and the user must abide by it.
