Orders are reviewed and processed for purchasing within 12 hours, 24/7.
1. The retention period for normal packages purchased on behalf of others or transferred is 90 days, calculated from the order status "Received in Warehouse". When the package is about to exceed the expiration date, you will receive an email reminder from the system. However, if the package waybill is not submitted or no feedback is given within 90 days, it will be regarded as abandoned goods. We will uniformly destroy the expired goods.
2. The validity period for abnormal packages (i.e., packages signed for by the warehouse or those without complete logistics information) is 30 days, calculated from the order status "signed for". Since such packages cannot match the relevant orders and users, no reminder can be given. Beyond the validity period, DemoBuy will consider it as giving up warehouse storage and destroy it.
Relevant details
During the storage period, DemoBuy is responsible for the safekeeping of the goods and assumes corresponding responsibilities. However, the shelf life of the goods is not covered by the safekeeping (for example, the shelf life of perishable items is only one month).
2. No further notice or notification will be given for the destroyed goods.
To prevent the destruction of your goods, please submit your package in a timely manner within the validity period of storage. Thank you for your support and understanding!
